Developments of National Significance

We have produced guidance which sets out our role as a specialist consultee for Developments of National Significance (DNS).

This guidance sets out how and when to consult us during the application process. 

If your scheme needs one or more consents for which we are the consenting body, please refer to the timescales outlined. It will guide you when to submit the application, so that it can be decided within a similar timescale as the planning application for your DNS.
